Training routes
Members of District Multisport frequently gather for regular training activities throughout the region, and we have some go-to routes that we can modify as necessary to meet our workout or race prep needs. The routes listed here are by no means exhaustive but are some of the most popular among members of our team.
In addition to the routes listed below, there are a number of paved trails available throughout the region that we'll use for both running and cycling. Please note: these trails are heavily used by pedestrians and runners and should not be ridden at high speeds. Please respect common trail guidelines.
